Lichipuram: An Endless Creation
On the 1st Day of the Second Year of Sweet Smiles
Thank You, Media Friends
Lichipuram Muzaffarpur, the city known for its litchi heritage, enjoys a unique identity because of its world-famous Shahi Litchi, which has also been awarded the GI (Geographical Indication) Tag. However, the continuous decline in litchi trees and the growing environmental pollution have made the conservation of this precious heritage more important than ever.
With this objective, the Lichipuram Cultural Renaissance Campaign was launched. Today, after completing one full year, the campaign has entered its 366th day. Over the past 365 days, the campaign has consistently organized programs, connected local talents, encouraged innovation-based products, and created new opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship. This initiative is not merely an effort to preserve litchi; it is gradually evolving into a people's movement aimed at strengthening our cultural identity, protecting the environment, and empowering the local economy.
The next goal is to establish litchi-based products on the global stage with the spirit of “Local Pride, Global Right,” ensuring that the sweetness and identity of Muzaffarpur reach every corner of the world.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to all friends in the media fraternity who have continuously supported, encouraged, and promoted the dream of “Local Pride, Global Right” under the Lichipuram Campaign. Your trust, affection, and unwavering support have been the driving force behind the campaign’s growth and its mission of spreading sweet smiles.
Keep Smiling Sweetly. Save Lichipuram, Promote Lichipuram, and Establish It on the Global Stage. 🍒😊

Lichipuram: An Endless Creation
On the 365th Day of Sweet Smiles
A meaningful dialogue with Mrs. Komal Nathani, a gifted daughter of Goddess Saraswati and a renowned Rug and Fine Art Artist, has become another significant step toward spreading sweet smiles in Lichipuram.
I was introduced to Mrs. Komal Nathani by Mrs. Neetu Tulsyan, the Organizing Secretary of the campaign. A humble request was made to her to contribute her artistic talent and creativity to the sweet city of litchis, Muzaffarpur, in the spirit of building the India envisioned by Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Demonstrating her extraordinary creativity, artistic excellence, and unique vision, Mrs. Komal Nathani has created numerous beautiful artworks inspired by the shape, identity, and essence of the litchi. Through these creative works, she has elevated the sweetness, beauty, and pride of Lichipuram to new heights. Her artistic participation has not only enriched its cultural identity but has also strengthened local pride and community confidence.
In the future, Mrs. Komal Nathani is also eager to share her expertise with students and the younger generation. By providing training in her distinctive art forms, she will contribute to the cultural, creative, and economic development of Lichipuram and play an important role in realizing the vision of “Local Pride, Global Identity.”
On behalf of the Lichipuram Cultural Renaissance Campaign, we extend our heartfelt gratitude and best wishes to Mrs. Komal Nathani for her support, encouragement, and creative participation.
Let us all continue working together to make the smile of Lichipuram sweeter, wider, and more enduring.

Lichipuram: An Infinite Creation
Another Occasion to Smile Sweetly
The famous Shahi Litchi of Lichipuram, Muzaffarpur, has successfully reached Bengaluru, carrying with it the message of sweetness and excellence. Despite the long journey, the litchis arrived completely safe, fresh, juicy, and full of flavor, bringing sweet smiles to everyone who received them.
This is not just the delivery of a fruit; it is the successful transmission of Lichipuram’s culture, the dedication of its orchardists, and the identity of Muzaffarpur. Every time people in different cities across India enjoy the taste of Shahi Litchi, they also experience the sweetness, warmth, and spirit of the soil of Lichipuram.
Let us all work together to take Shahi Litchi to more people, encourage our growers, and elevate Lichipuram to new heights with its unique heritage and identity.
Shahi Litchi reached Bengaluru—safe, fresh, and bursting with flavor.
Lichipuram smiled, and Bengaluru smiled sweetly too. 🍒😊

Lichipuram: An Endless Creation

Day 363 of Sweet Smiles

Nature, through its remarkable balance, takes care of everyone. This year, adverse weather conditions resulted in a lower-than-expected production of Shahi Litchi, causing disappointment among orchard owners and litchi lovers alike.
However, there is also encouraging news. According to data published by the Health Department in local newspapers, not a single case of AES (Acute Encephalitis Syndrome) has been reported in Muzaffarpur district so far in May 2026. This is the first time in the past seven years that the month of May has remained completely free from AES cases.
The sorrow of reduced litchi production is real, but the good news that children are healthy and safe brings a reason for the entire Lichipuram community to smile sweetly.
When nature presents challenges on one side, it often offers hope and relief on the other.
Let us welcome this positive sign of children's health, awareness, and a safer future—and smile sweetly together.
May Lichipuram smile, may children laugh and thrive—this is the sweetest blessing of all.

Lichipuram: An Endless Creation Day 361 of “Sweet Smiles" with Kuldeep Singh & Suresh Kumar Gupta

Internationally acclaimed Fine Art Acrylic Artist Kuldeep Singh visited Lichipuram, Muzaffarpur, where he was warmly welcomed with a unique bouquet made of litchis. He enjoyed the delicious fruit and smiled sweetly.
Usually, when a bouquet is presented to a guest as a gesture of welcome and respect, it is often passed on to someone else or eventually discarded. However, the Lichipuram Litchi Bouquet is unique. It is not merely a symbol of hospitality; it also conveys a message of preserving, nurturing, and celebrating our cultural heritage.
The moment guests see this beautifully crafted bouquet of litchis, it brings a sweet smile to their faces. Unlike conventional bouquets, it is not thrown away but carefully preserved. Guests gradually enjoy the litchis, savoring their sweetness and creating joyful memories with every bite.
Every part of the Litchi Bouquet serves a purpose, ensuring that nothing goes to waste. It represents a harmonious blend of nature, culture, sustainability, and hospitality. More importantly, it leaves a lasting impression of Lichipuram’s traditions and values in the hearts and minds of its guests.
Lichipuram’s message is simple: “Smile Sweetly, Celebrate Culture, and Share Sweetness."
