Akhil Gramin Yuva Vikash Samiti Committed to end hunger, gender inequality by creating favorable ecosystem for women, children and youths to thrive and grow in Rural India.

Come and join us in this initiative of bringing positive change in the unserved regions of India. Years ago, Mr Subodh Kumar Pandey, key founder of Akhil Gramin Yuva Vikash Samiti, envisaged to establish a just and prosperous society. Basically he aimed to see a society which is Gender neutral, discrimination free, healthy and just in nature. To realise his dreams into action is what gave birth of Akhil Gramin Yuva Vikash Samiti. He along with other founder member decided to embark on a journey to realise their ideals and principles in the real world superseding all the challenges coming in the way as hindrance. His and his hard working team members remain committed to the objective and working persistently to achieve the same. Since the inception, AGYVS has implemented many projects and programmes collaborating with other organisations to uplift the social strata of poor, vulnerable and marginalised communities by providing better education, health and sanitation and nutrition. Societal development is unattainable if the women, constituting a large part of society, are excluded. Often we see women being neglected or discriminated in the society which sn**ch their fundamental rights of being treated equal, attain basic education and seek employment. To reduce this inequality AGYVS runs a permanent vocational training programme for school dropouts enabling them to earn their livelihood by providing various trainings and skills. Many women in the society have trained themselves from the organisation which instilled a sense confidence and paved a way for them to live a dignified life. To make people aware about health and well being, many awareness campaign on health and sanitation have been conducted so far. Also to provide safe drinking water and save lives of people from water borne diseases, A dinking water programe was conducted in the past which provided deployment of hand pumps at the residence of poor and marginalised communities who was excluded from the main society on the basis of discrimination and untouchability. Economic prosperity is what our society or Nation as whole needed. With aim to attain financial inclusion in the society by uplifting the people and connecting them to institutional financial system, AGYVS joined hands with NABARD in implementing E-shakti, a flagship initiative of NABARD to digitise all self-help groups and lend institutional credit to poor and marginalised people especially women. Since 2016, as IA, AGYVS along with its energetic team have achieved milestones in field of financial inclusion by successfully digitising existing SHGs in concerned areas through financial literacy and institutional lending. Youths are the future of any nation and to build a nation, you have to build the youth of that nation first. Bihar, being one of the largest state of the country, constitutes a considerable population of youths. To arm them with skills in par with current demands of industries and economic setting, a skill development program is also being undertaken since 2016. Program being a flagship initiative of government of Bihar, proper implementation of it on the ground level was imperative to realise its mission and objectives. As implementing agency, AGYVS successfully skilled numerous youths of the state by providing them requisite knowledge of IT and communication for their future endeavours. AGYVS is committed to achieve its goals and tirelessly working for the same.

Today marks the successful completion of our project “Promoting Indian Sports through Youth Groups”, implemented by Akhil Gramin Yuva Vikash Samiti at Panchayat Bhawan, Rani Pokhar, Kanti Block 📍.

This project was conducted under the CSR initiative of IIFL Samasta Finance Limited. 🤝, with the aim of empowering rural youth, promoting sports culture, and providing a platform for young talents from Kanti and Marwan blocks to showcase their abilities.

We were truly honored to have Hon’ble Kanti MLA Er. Er. Ajeet Kumar as our Chief Guest 🎖️, who inaugurated the program and encouraged the youth with his inspiring words. He emphasized the importance of such initiatives in building confidence and discipline.

The Block Development Officer, Kanti, also graced the event and inspired rural youth with their presence.

Today witnessed an energetic and inspiring Volleyball Friendly Matches at the Raksa West School match ground under the initiative “Empowering Rural Youth Through Sports”, a proud CSR initiative of IIFL Samasta Finance Limited 🌱✨.

The matches were formally inaugurated by School Principal Smt. Rashmi Priya and Mukhiya Shri Munna Yadav, whose encouraging presence boosted the morale of the young players and added great value to the event 🌟👏.

Teams from 8 villages participated enthusiastically, each represented by dedicated volunteer leaders:

Proud to share the successful inauguration of the Solar Energy, Digital Education & Street Light Project at Madhya Vidyalaya, Kachor, District Sitamarhi, Bihar.

This impactful initiative, supported through CSR by IIFL Samasta Finance Limited and implemented by Akhil Gramin Yuva Vikash Samiti (AGYVS), is strengthening rural infrastructure and digital learning ecosystems at the grassroots level.

🔹 150 Solar Street Lights installed across 12 villages to enhance safety and promote clean energy
🔹 5 Digital Education Panels (DEP) installed in government schools to enable smart classrooms
🔹 20,000+ community members and 3,000+ students expected to benefit

A thrilling Kabaddi League match was organized today among 14 villages under the initiative “Empowering Rural Youth Through Sports”, a proud CSR initiative of IIFL Samasta Finance Limited

The matches served as a strong platform to assess the skills, discipline, and sporting potential of rural youth ahead of the upcoming main tournaments.
