To impart physical, technical, commercial, moral and spiritual education to boys , girls and adults; To organise conferences and seminars; To give incentive awards: To search and develop opportunities for commercial and practical education; To generate new programs fo providing new opportunities of employment; To develop new institutions to generate employment; To generate new programs, to carry out research work and to implement it and to set up small scale industries and workshops for upliftment of society and economically backwards section of th socitey; To carry out efforts for awarness in public through conferences and seminars and to implement projects entrusted to M.N.S. by U.P. Government and Central Government.

To secure grant, donation and loan from members, public, central government, state government, State Social Welfare Board, Central Social Welfare Board, National and International Social Institutions (NGOs). To purchase or accuire or to get in grant-in-aid or gift any movabel or immovabel properties for the purpose of achievment of various objectives of the organization and other institutions run by it and to manage and maintain such property as per requirement and to sell or transfer them as per law. To do every possible effort for achievment of objectives as laid down unde section 20 of Societies Registration Act, 1860.
4. To operate projects in India for the welfare of orphans and other children having no shelter.
5. To develop programs of khadi and gramodyog.
6. To propagate for success of deaddiction programs.
7. To co-operate in Family Planning Program for the purpose of controlling the population rate in the country.
8. To implement the programs of UNESCO, UNICEF, WORLD FOOD PROGRAM and WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION.
9. To develop programs for handicapped.
10. To open Old Age Homes.
11. To extend necessary educational facillities to Indian students in foreign countries and to foreign students in India.
12. To implement schemes for the welfare of persons belonging to scheduled caste, backward classes and scheduled tribes.
