A grand and impactful Earth Day program was successfully organized at Najibudullah Girls Inter College, Najibabad (Bijnor, U.P.) by Humanity Welfare Society, with financial support from the Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India.

โœจ The event, based on the theme โ€œOur Power, Our Planetโ€, aimed to promote environmental awareness and inspire youth towards sustainable development.

๐Ÿ“ข POSH Training Successfully Conducted in Muzaffarnagar
Humanity Welfare Society, Uttar Pradesh successfully organized a POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Training Programme on 17 February 2026 at the Society Working Office, Muzaffarnagar, in collaboration with the Department of Women Welfare, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
The session was conducted by Mrs. Aasha Jain (Chairperson, POSH Local Committee โ€“ Probation Office) and Mrs. Hemlata (Member), who shared detailed knowledge about the POSH Act, workplace rights, and safety mechanisms.
A total of 30 participants, including both women and men, actively took part in the training and engaged in meaningful discussions.
From Humanity Welfare Society, Smt. Sabra and Mr. Mohd Shahvez also provided comprehensive insights on POSH awareness and its implementation at the community level.
โœจ The programme aimed to promote awareness, safety, and dignity at workplaces, and concluded with a strong commitment to building a harassment-free environment in society.

We are proud to share that a grand Hand Embroidery Exhibition was successfully organized today, showcasing the beautiful creations of students who completed a structured 75-hour Skill Development Training Programme conducted by Humanity Welfare Society.
This entire initiative was carried out under the able guidance of Dr. Manish Agarwal, Principal of the college. Special coordination and support were provided by Dr. Neeraj Kumar (Skill Incharge) and Dr. Pooja Kaushik (Course Incharge).
From Humanity Welfare Society, the programme was supervised by Mohd. Shahvez (Incharge), and the practical embroidery training was skillfully imparted by Smt. Sabra (Trainer).
๐Ÿ—“๏ธ The training was conducted from July to December, where students received hands-on learning in traditional and modern hand embroidery techniques.
๐Ÿชก The exhibition displayed exclusively the handcrafted items made by these trained students โ€” including embroidered suits, dupattas, sarees, cushion covers, wall hangings, and decorative pieces.
Principal Dr. Manish Agarwal appreciated the initiative and emphasized the importance of integrating vocational skills into higher education to promote self-reliance and entrepreneurship among young women.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty members, and community members โ€” making it a proud moment of skill development and women empowerment for the Saharanpur region.

Taking a significant step toward promoting womenโ€™s health, hygiene, and dignity, the โ€œGARIMA โ€“ Womenโ€™s Health, Hygiene & Dignity Campaignโ€ was successfully organized at Government Girls Inter College, Kandhala.
The programme was conducted in collaboration with the Department of Women Welfare, Government of Uttar Pradesh (District Shamli) and Humanity Welfare Society, Uttar Pradesh. The campaign aimed to empower adolescent girls with correct knowledge, break social taboos around menstrual health, and promote safe hygiene practices to build a healthier and more confident generation.

He emphasized that the well-being, education, and dignity of girls are directly connected to the development of society and the nation. He stated that menstrual hygiene awareness is not only a health issue but also a matter of dignity and rights. He encouraged students to speak openly about health concerns and take benefit from government welfare schemes for girls and women.

She delivered an informative session on menstrual hygiene management, prevention of anemia, the importance of balanced nutrition, and regular health check-ups. She also addressed myths and misconceptions related to menstrual health and guided students on maintaining personal hygiene.
Principal Mrs. Kavita Janjan appreciated the initiative and said that such programmes play a vital role in building awareness, confidence, and health security among students. She thanked the organizers for choosing the institution as a platform for this meaningful campaign.

On the occasion of Uttar Pradesh Foundation Day, Lala Kishanchand Government Postgraduate College, Gangoh (District Saharanpur), in collaboration with Humanity Welfare Society, Uttar Pradesh, successfully organized the program โ€œGram Chaupal โ€“ From Dialogue to Solutionsโ€ at the college campus, in a dignified and vibrant atmosphere.
The program aimed to highlight the rural culture, folk traditions, and social concerns of Western Uttar Pradesh while creating a meaningful dialogue between rural life and modern development. Inspired by the traditional concept of the Gram Chaupal, the event revived the spirit of collective discussion and participatory democracy rooted in Indian villages.
Farmers, villagers, social workers, and enlightened citizens actively participated and shared their real-life experiences and perspectives, making the dialogue practical, impactful, and connected to grassroots realities.
Addressing the gathering, Principal Dr. Rishipal Singh emphasized that the Gram Chaupal has always been the soul of Indiaโ€™s democratic tradition, where dialogue leads to solutions. He encouraged students and youth to remain connected to their cultural roots while contributing to social progress.
The program organizer, Dr. Abhilash Kumar, Assistant Professor (Political Science), highlighted the vision and objectives of the initiative, stating that platforms like Gram Chaupal play a vital role in understanding rural issues and working collectively toward sustainable solutions.
From Humanity Welfare Society, Mrs. Neelam Bhatnagar and Mr. Ziaul Haq shared insightful views on social awareness, public participation, and rural development, emphasizing the importance of dialogue, cooperation, and cultural pride.
The program was further enriched by beautiful cultural performances presented by college students, including folk dances and folk songs based on rural traditions, which were highly appreciated by the audience.

๐ŸŒฑ Humanity Welfare Society Gives a Strong Message of Environmental Protection by Planting 26 Saplings ๐ŸŒฑ

Muzaffarnagar:
On the occasion of the upcoming 26 January 2026, Humanity Welfare Society organized a plantation drive by planting 26 saplings, spreading a powerful message of environmental protection. The society also appealed to all citizens to adopt the pledge โ€œOne Person โ€“ One Plant.โ€

The plantation program was held at the Rupa Junior High School campus, where 26 saplings of different species were planted.

Speaking on the occasion, Advocate Kamal Mittal, farmer thinker, emphasized that in order to combat rising pollution and climate change, plantation has become the need of the hour and every citizen must actively participate in it.

Mr. Ameer Alam, Principal of the school, said that it is essential to instill a sense of responsibility towards nature and the environment in students from an early age so that they grow up to be environmentally conscious citizens.

Maulana Mohammad Ahmad Qasmi, Imam Khateeb of Masjid-e-Gulzar, highlighted that Islam also regards planting trees and taking care of them as a virtuous act that benefits society and future generations.

The program witnessed the presence of Senior Journalist Rahul Sharma, Maulana Mohammad Amjad Qasmi (Imam Khateeb, Ek Minar Masjid), Mr. Nadeem Khan (Principal, Zia Uloom Public School), Mohammad Shahvez from Humanity Welfare Society, Mr. Akbar (School Manager), along with people from all sections of society and the entire school staff.

Today, at MMM School in our village, our Aapda Mitra and social worker team conducted an important disaster awareness session for students. ๐Ÿซโœจ
The session focused on:

โ„๏ธ Protection during Cold Wave (Sh*talhar)
๐ŸŒ Earthquake safety measures โ€“ Doโ€™s & Donโ€™ts
๐Ÿ Snake bite first aid โ€“ what to do and what NOT to do

All the children listened very carefully and actively participated, showing great interest and awareness. ๐Ÿ‘ง๐Ÿ‘ฆ๐Ÿ‘

Students were also informed about the Emergency Helpline Number 112, and clearly explained that 112 works for all emergency services including ๐Ÿš“ Police, ๐Ÿš’ Fire, and ๐Ÿš‘ Ambulance.

This meaningful awareness program was successfully conducted by Humanity Welfare Society volunteer Mr. Ziyaul Haq, with the aim of making children aware, prepared, and safe in any emergency situation. ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ’™

Today, *Humanity Welfare Society, Muzaffarnagar (Uttar Pradesh)* visited the **second location of โ€œSatyam Ki Pathshalaโ€** and distributed **notebooks and refreshments** among the children.
The objective of this initiative was to encourage education among underprivileged children and bring smiles to their faces. ๐Ÿ˜Š

The programme was graced by the presence of **Patron โ€“ Mr. Mohd Parvez (Advocate)**, and **Executive Committee Member โ€“ Mr. Mohd Shahvez and Shah Alam ** from the society.
