Onboarding Mihir Sore

We are pleased to announce that 24-year-old Mihir Sore is the latest to join the Anshu full-time programmes and operations team. Mihir was born and brought up in Mazgaon village in Raigad district, which is where Anshu operates. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Mumbai University, and his work experience includes two years at the Office of the Tehsildar and Sub-Registrar in Murud. Welcome aboard, Mihir.

Strength, Confidence & Joy in Motion

Last week Anshu's children greatly enjoyed a session on physical movement, dance and self-defence, conducted by Priyesha Nair, a Mumbai-based Capoeira trainer.
It was all about moving with rhythm in a way that builds coordination and confidence, while having great fun!

Welcome to Anshu, Rupali Olambe

Continuing Anshu's journey of joyful English learning, we are delighted to welcome a new teacher, Rupali Olambe, who also teaches 5th to 7th standard students at the GDT Future School & College, Sarsoli. Rupali brings to our 'Chala English Boluya' programme her experience in the use of creative methods for teaching children in rural areas.
