š¾ Pyaari si Pyaari ki Kahani š¾
The day has come, one we knew would eventually arrive.
With the love and support of so many kind souls, we were able to give medical care to this brave little fighter. She looked death in the eye and chose life instead. Because she still had so much pyaar to give to this world.
They say, āJab tak saans hai, tab tak aas haiā and Pyaari lived that truth. She fought her way back, not just to survive, but to remind us that hope is a living thing.
Hereās a glimpse into her last six days with us.
When she first came home, she looked around at this new world, where humans have hoarded water just to swim, and she thought it was a lake meant for her to drink from. How innocent, how pure!
I watched her stare at everything in awe, and I couldnāt help but wish I could dive into her thoughts. Because I wanted to communicate with her to understand her silence, her peace, her pain, her joy, her thoughts.
But Pyaari? She already understood ours. From the very first moment, she gave us nothing but paw-shakes and pyaar. š¾
She healed beautifully through life threatening surgery, care, and endless affection. She adjusted to our little home so gracefully, even with our two cats. During Diwali, as firecrackers burst outside, she didnāt bark once but she shivered quietly, waiting for comfort. Such a gentle soul, the kind who lets a cat pass first, while most humans rush ahead.
Today, her stitches are out and she has regained her appetite. Her eyes shine brighter than ever. But this is also the hardest part - dropping her back on the rough streets where everyday is about survival. š
Weāve done our part to bring her back to life, but leaving her back on the streets is something our hearts cannot make peace with. Yet, āJo likha hai, woh badla ja sakta hai agar koshish kareā and thatās what weāre trying to do. Weāre praying, and weāre working, for magic.
Pyaari is one of the most loving, intelligent, and docile souls weāve ever met: litter-trained, human-friendly, animal-friendly, and full of gratitude. She deserves a warm home, a cozy bed, and a heart that beats for her.
So here we are, running this little adoption campaign for pyaari.
