Mastering the backhand, because every swing counts on the court😇
1️⃣ Use Two Hands for Control
A two-handed backhand gives more stability and control, especially against fast shots.
Keep your non-dominant hand lightly supporting the paddle for extra power.
2️⃣ Stay Low & Rotate Your Hips
Don’t just swing with your arm—bend your knees and rotate your hips into the shot.
This adds both power and consistency while keeping the ball in play.
3️⃣ Contact in Front, Not Beside
Always try to hit the ball slightly in front of your body, not too close to your hip.
This helps with accuracy, spin, and prevents weak returns.
