After working for 17 years in all forms of retail and witnessing the apathy towards fellow staff, self an
d all those people exploited by the retail employers motivated me to start this page to share our grievances, beliefs & ideas. In India specially the boom of retail has forced lot of youth to work under unhygienic conditions at workplace. The fellow people who have worked in Retail will agree to me on the fact that the employers have exploited the employees. Long working hours, no breaks, no place to sit or eat, these are some very small but necessary things which are needed to be addressed by the employers. But the unavailability of any such platform or community to share their grievances has been voiced down somewhere. This platform is for all retail employees working in all kinds of industries, be it at Malls or Shops, are welcome to join and share ideas and help fellow colleagues if needed and also post their own questions which are left unanswered by their employees . Lets come together and create a demand for better working conditions, pay structures and respect from the employers.
