Final Reminder: UAA Entrepreneur Directory 2026

UAA is compiling the 2026 Edition of the UAA Entrepreneur Directory, which will showcase ICT alumni entrepreneurs across industries and generations.

The directory is planned to be launched during the Annual Reunion Day in December 2026 and will create a valuable platform for visibility, networking, collaboration, and business connections within the alumni ecosystem.
This is open to all alumni involved in business:

Founders, co-founders, family businesses, MSMEs, startups, independent professionals, and entrepreneurs from any industry.

✨ A Meaningful Contribution to ICT by the B. Chem. Engg. Class of 2000 ✨

The B. Chem. Engg. Class of 2000 marked the completion of 25 years since graduation by supporting the renovation and upgradation of Classroom A-206 at ICT Mumbai.

The upgraded classroom was inaugurated on 29 June 2026 in the presence of batch members, faculty representatives, and members of the UDCT Alumni Association.

UAA is pleased to have supported and coordinated this initiative, and appreciates the Class of 2000 for coming together to create a lasting contribution to the institute.

May this inspire many more batches and alumni groups to participate in strengthening the academic environment and infrastructure at ICT.

✨ An Evening of Curiosity, History & Analytical Thinking ✨

The UAA Pune Chapter recently hosted an engaging session by Mr. Nilesh Oak (ICT 1990), UAA Distinguished Alumnus Awardee, internationally recognised researcher, author, and speaker, on the topic “Kamsa, Krishna & Chemical Engineering.”

Drawing upon astronomy, history, ancient literature, and analytical reasoning, Nilesh shared a fascinating perspective on the chronology of the Mahabharata and related historical narratives.

Beyond the subject itself, what stood out was the depth of research, clarity of thought, and passion with which the ideas were presented.

The gathering also provided an opportunity for alumni to reconnect, exchange ideas, and strengthen bonds within the ICT community.

UAA appreciates the efforts of the Pune Chapter team in organizing the event and creating yet another meaningful platform for alumni engagement.

We look forward to many more such enriching interactions across our chapter network.

Creating ICT Alumni Connections all the way in China 🇨🇳

👉🏻On the sidelines of the globally renowned CPhI in Shanghai , UAA hosted a special Alumni Meet, bringing together ICTians from across pharmaceutical, chemical, biotechnology, and allied sectors.
With CPhI serving as one of the world's largest platforms for pharmaceutical innovation, manufacturing, and business networking, the event provided an ideal opportunity for ICT alumni attending the exhibition to share experiences, discuss industry trends, strengthen professional relationships as well as reminisce college days.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to making the gathering a memorable success. We look forward to continuing to build a strong and vibrant global network of ICTians.🤝
