Day 2 of the Solve Ninjas Leaders Immersion was all about going deeper, co-designing solutions, and elevating community voices! 🚀
Here is what unfolded:
📍Co-designing Success: Ninjas stepped into the designer's shoes to reimagine how we measure real community impact by asking: "What would you change if you were designing leadership skill development for someone like you?" By doing so, they’ve unlocked a new perspective on reflection, critical thinking, and communication skills
📝Closed-Door Expert Discussions: Intimate, focused sessions with mentors to break down first principles across key themes—including climate resilience, waste management, entrepreneurship, community mobilization, and working with local government—helping Ninjas sharpen their problem statements with direct expert feedback.
🎤The Adda: 15 performers took the stage for energetic 5-minute skill and talent shares! A voluntary and open space that served as a live blueprint for Ninjas to anchor their own Addas back in their home towns and villages.
The momentum continues to build as our leaders refine their vision and own their impact. 💥
