Nivara The Team We are social development organization focused on three areas namely education, health and employment of the underprivileged children and youth.

We believe that our development work for underprivileged children and youth will help them lead an independent and better life and will also help in the holistic development of the nation on a whole! We will ensure to achieve this by educating the underprivileged children/youth, empowering the underprivileged youth with vocational and other skill sets in order to create an employable pool of skill

ed and semi skilled human capital and along with all these guiding them in leading a healthy life. We have several learning centres across Maharashtra catering to the education needs of these underprivileged, at the same time we have reached several villages, tribal zones, slums with our development initiatives. Our Story

Our journey began during the days when we all were involved in our stints at National Cadet Corps (India), National Service Scheme (India) and other such youth organizations. During this time, we got to travel to various places across the country for social work campaigns and were exposed to several societal problems. That’s where we realised that even after we finish our voluntary engagements we still need to be actively involved in augmenting the development process of the weaker sections of the society and bringing about a positive & sustainable impact. That’s how the idea of “NIVARA THE TEAM” was formed.

Our team was always focused on creating a program to empower the weaker sections of the society to lead a quality life. During our research, we found out that even after having the adequate time, energy and interest, these underprivileged people are unable to make a decent living. The major reason for this was the lack of knowledge and direction. These underprivileged people were unaware about various opportunities which could easily take them out of their miseries.

We immediately knew that knowledge sharing itself can create an impact right away but every sustainable project requires focus and continued efforts. So, after a lot of deliberation, we identified and decided to work on the 3 most important areas which needs attention on high priority namely: education, health and employment.
