Common Man’s Voice & Welfare Association – CMVWA, is a voluntary, non-profit making, non-political, secular, philanthropic, charity and development Association based in Mumbai. We are a Charity legalized by the Maharashtra Government, with Registration Number: MAH/MUM/2012/JBBSD/1236. The Mission of Common Man’s Voice & Welfare Association is to help the orphans, underprivileged children, street c
hildren, children specific diseases that affects children and adults. Our programs include Music and Talents promotion, Water and sanitation for our communities, no smoking campaign, as well education for all. CMVWA adopts a comprehensive approach through a combination of committed programs in human rights, democracy, peace building, development, and humanitarian assistance. We recognize that respect for human rights is a vital part of human contentment; that democratic participation is an inseparable value of good and accountable governance; that peace and stability are integral elements of human interaction; that development through active participation is necessary to bring meaningful improvement in the lives of people; and that humanitarian assistance is an invaluable means to reach those who are economically and socially outside the reach of mainstream services and support - such as the poor, orphans, the sick, the disabled, street children, rural populations, and other vulnerable or marginalized groups. Our NGO will focus on empowering the underprivileged through community based projects. This goal is tailored to be achieved through four main objectives being:
1. Gender Empowerment and Human Right advocacy
3. Health Care Support
4. Networking with other NGOs
