𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Lead end-to-end delivery of digital programs / portfolios across cross-functional teams
Coordinate timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
Prepare program plans, leadership dashboards, and status reports
Manage senior stakeholders across business and technology teams
Track program performance using data-driven reporting
Ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
Proven experience in digital transformation or technology program/portfolio management
Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and reporting skills
Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) for program tracking
Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
PMP / MSP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum certifications – preferred

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in banking, particularly within Saudi Arabia, preferably SNB. The role involves working on across/any-of Digital, Retail, Control & Compliance, Finance, and corporate portfolios to drive business analysis excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to drive BA initiatives across key banking domains.
Gather and analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and recommend solutions for process optimization and system enhancements.
Ensure BA alignment with Saudi banking regulations, SAMA guidelines, AML, and KYC compliance frameworks.
Support system integration efforts, including core banking transformations and trade finance platforms.
Define BA best practices, governance, and documentation standards for banking projects.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:
Banking Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Saudi banking operations, covering Digital, Retail, Compliance, Finance, and Trade Finance.
Banking Technology: Hands-on experience with core banking systems, and system integration projects.
Regulatory & Compliance: Deep familiarity with SAMA regulations, AML, KYC, and risk frameworks.
Saudi Banking Experience: 5+ years of experience in the Saudi banking sector, ideally at SNB or similar top-tier banks.

Good to Have:
