Dosti.Saving Group Women Self Help Group Women meet once a month and put their monthly saving in a common pool that is deposited in the bank .

The women can take loans from these pool and pay back with interest decided by the women themselves. Some women have started their own business through subsidised loans secured from the Goverment and banks for this purpose .
