✨ A day of celebration, memories and gratitude! ✨

On 3rd September, we came together at the Navneet Office, Dadar, Mumbai, to celebrate Teachers’ Day and two special milestones — 10 Years of Teacher Training & 6 Years of NavDisha.

What began in 2016 as a journey towards empowering educators has grown into 665 workshops, 34,783 teachers benefited and 6 regions covered. And in 2020, NavDisha took this journey forward by creating a digital space for teachers to learn, connect and grow.

The celebration brought together the teachers, trainers, resource persons, leadership and the Navneet team who have been part of this incredible journey.

From revisiting memories and hearing heartfelt reflections to felicitating those who have contributed along the way, the day was a beautiful reminder that every milestone is made meaningful by the people behind it. ❤️

July at NavDisha | A Month of Learning, Sharing & Growing Together 📚✨

July was a month filled with meaningful learning experiences for educators through NavDisha’s Teacher Training Workshops.

Across the month, we conducted workshops focused on:

🎓 Government Scholarship Examination – supporting teachers with insights and strategies to guide students in their scholarship journey.

📖 English Language Teaching – strengthening English language teaching practices for Primary Marathi Medium teachers.

Each workshop brought educators together for meaningful conversations, practical learning and shared experiences with one common goal: to make learning more impactful for every child.

We’re grateful to all the educators, trainers and teams who made these sessions possible.

Here’s a look back at some of the highlights from July with NavDisha.

Empowering Educators. Strengthening Classrooms. 📚✨

As part of NavDisha’s ongoing efforts towards teacher development, we conducted a NEP 2020 Capacity Building Workshop on 12 August at Navneet Bhavan, Dadar.

The workshop brought together 40 educators from 31 schools for a meaningful learning experience focused on understanding and translating the vision of NEP 2020 into classroom practices.

Through discussions, interactions, and shared experiences, the session provided educators an opportunity to reflect on how we can make learning more engaging, holistic, and learner-centric.

Here’s a glimpse of the learning and conversations from the workshop. 💙
