The football league for underprivileged children was successfully conducted with participation from local community clubs in Powai and schools including Dnyanmandir School, Powai English School, Ideal School, St. Mary’s School chandivali, etc. Prior to the tournament, the children were provided with structured football training sessions to help develop their skills, teamwork, discipline, and confidence.

The final league was conducted on 2nd May, with a total of 8 teams and 56 children participating enthusiastically in the tournament. The event created a wonderful platform for young players to showcase their talent, sportsmanship, and team spirit. After a series of exciting matches, Powai English School emerged as the proud winners of the league.

This meaningful project was generously funded by many of our club members and beautifully executed through collective effort.

Earlier, we reached out to hundreds of cancer patients living on the pavements behind the hospital, enduring treatment under very difficult circumstances. This initiative was meant for them. With metro bridge work ongoing this year, the number of patients was fewer than in previous years, yet the spirit of service remained strong.
