With the world’s first hospital on a train, launched in 1991, Impact India has brought a new ray of hope to the villages of India that otherwise cannot afford the most basic surgeries such as that for cataract removal, hearing correction, cleft lips or mobility restoration. IMPACT’s mission is to work towards a sustainable healthy society for which it devotes its services for preventive and curative measures through its Community Health Initiative.
