Diwali arrived early for us — four days before! ✨💫 Pre-Diwali celebration of our Rotary Club of Mumbai Royales was nothing short of spectacular! Though this post comes a little late, the memories of that fabulous evening are still shining bright. 💃🎶
The night was filled with laughter, dance, and festive masti, with Luuma packed to its full capacity and brimming with Diwali spirit.
A huge shout-out to our super-energetic Oct–Nov team — Shetall Agarwal, Ujjwala Sehlot, Shweta Agarwal, and Jyoti Gupta — for their enthusiasm and prompt action that made the celebration such a grand success.
Special thanks to Archana Biyani for conceptualizing the evening and leading from the front, and to Manju Agarwal, Archana Raniwala, and Anita Tulsiyan for their unwavering support. And how could we forget Asha Pradeep Pansari — your paan was the highlight of the night! 🍃

Draupadi Speaks — An Evening of Reflection and Art 🎭✨
On October 5, 2025, the Rotary Royals and Rotary Divas came together at The Colonial Hall, The Club Mumbai for an evening that blended art, culture, and conversation.
Renowned artist Anjana Chandak captivated the audience with her riveting monologue Draupadi, immersing everyone in a world of emotion and introspection.
The venue came alive with divine detailing — from Gita shlokas at the entrance and peacock feathers behind every chair, to a red carpet welcome that set the tone for a sacred artistic night. 🌺🕊️
What began as a performance evolved into dialogue — heartfelt reflections and meaningful discussions over dinner, reminding us that art truly connects and transforms. 💫

And we conducted our second fireside chat of the year- Hosted by Vibrant couple Rtn Rajinder Rishi and Anita Rishi, the evening was full of fun and laughter. Most of our busiest members who are unable to attend the events on regular basis pulled out time this time for this fireside chat. The hosts were vibrant, the venue was perfect The Melting Pot and the attendees were Cheerful!!

After hearing the courageous stories of these wonderful individuals - stories of resilience in the face of being shunned, neglected, ostracized, and ill-treated by society - we witnessed something truly inspiring.
Despite all the HARDSHIPS and DIFFICULTIES, they stand TALL fearlessly, with determination and courage, building their own BEAUTIFUL WORLD 😍.

The energy at Vidyanidhi School today was contagious! Our Club hosted a Camp for the Marathi Medium teachers. It was evident from their engagement that the session resonated with them, and they are eager for more. We are committed to fostering a supportive environment for educators.

*Honoring Mumbai’s Frontline Waste Managers, this Raksha Bandhan*

Social Initiative by the Environment Team of Rotary Royales

9th August 2025 | Surajba Vidya Mandir, Jogeshwari

This Raksha Bandhan, we had the privilege of expressing our heartfelt gratitude to the Safai Karmacharis of K East Ward BMC – the silent heroes who work tirelessly every day to keep our city clean.

In a simple but meaningful gesture, we applied tikka, tied rakhis and served hot refreshments along with warm wishes for Raksha Bandhan.

32 Safai Karmacharis were present for the occasion. Also present were 10 Volunteers from local RSS unit and 15 students of the school along with the trustee of the school. President Deepika Sharda, Environment Director Suresh Bajaj & Rajesh Choudhary did the honours.

The venue was provided as a courtesy by the school.

It was a moment of connection, respect, and gratitude – celebrating the true spirit of Raksha Bandhan by honouring those who protect the health and hygiene of our city every single day seamlessly.

This initiative aims to improve the living conditions and create a comfortable environment for the children to study, grow, and thrive. 📚

Dear Royales Members,

I’m proud to announce the successful completion of our two projects:
1-water canal project in jwahar village.This 1-km canal now irrigates 50 acres, benefits 100 farmers, and provides clean water to 150 households. Thanks to our donor Shrikant Tiberwala ji ,we’ve transformed lives while advancing Rotary’s WASH mission.Special thanks to Arvind ji and Rajesh ji for coordinating and supervising the project.

2-The second project was 1100 fruit tree plantation drive which we did in Mukhada village with help of Rajesh Choudhary ji.Thank you all donors.🙏🏻

Thank you dil se my women support *Kavita Raniwala* and *Manju Agarwal* for coming along for all these amazing social causes.
