led women for diversified sectors through structured short term courses. To certify the trained women through a recognized university SNDT adding credibility and recognition of their talents. To develop a core group of trainers who can will train other beneficiaries across India. To be a catalyst in decreasing the disparity in male female ratio by showcasing the woman as a net high worth individual. To ensure that the woman is respected in the household, relatives and friends circle resulting in her self esteem. Train the targeted group in communication, interpersonal and emotional intelligence areas getting them ready for jobs or entrepreneurship. Develop core groups of talented women into self help groups to work on collective activities in revenue generation. To ensure that the trained women are able to generate income to the house hold of atleast RS 2500 monthly through utilisation of vocational skills as microentrepreneurs.
