Clarity of vision. Strength of team. That’s what we took home from Goa. 🌴💼

Our staff retreat was equal parts strategy and spirit. We presented, we planned, we aligned, every department walking away with a sharp roadmap for the year ahead 📋. Then we took that same energy to the cricket pitch 🏏 and onto the OSCAR Got Talent stage with an IPL twist that none of us will forget 🎤🌟. A team that plans together, plays together, and performs together is a team that wins together.

Happy Birthday, Sir David Beckham! 🎂⚽

Some visits you never forget. Last November, Sir David Beckham stepped onto the Cooperage pitch, not as a legend, but as a listener. He played football with our kids, heard their stories, and called them “truly inspirational.”

For a boy or girl from an underserved community in Mumbai, having someone of his stature look them in the eye and say “you matter”, that’s more than a moment. That’s fuel for a lifetime.
