After a long time a key success and a good news comes out for the residents of punjabi colony , where rustomjee builders has been appointed and assigned to redevelope the buildings of guru tegh bahadur nagar which had earlier been demolished by bmc stating dangerous to live in 2020 . Since when the resident owners mostly taximens had to suffer on their own to reside which was a very critical situation to survive a living in this expensive going market .

After a long battle in the supreme court of nearly 2 yrs after a builder had tried to harass and grasp hold to build but was refused by the court . but final judgement coming in favour of the residents 2 months ago brought some hope to the remaining people and finally a light of hope has turned brighter after mhada appointing a builder under its supervision .
Now the road map has been cleared by the mhada and finally we have to be get ready with our final papers of our ownership and handover clear papers to their respective societies for further claiments of their ownerships . Now keeping faith in the almighty after a long battle be ready to rejoice as a dream of our home is near to convert true .
