Dear Dr Mody,

I am in 40-degree Ahmedabad with a heavy heatstroke, unable to get out of bed, much less able to make it to the airport this morning, and so, I regretfully have to cancel my lecture this evening. I am so, so sorry, because I was very much looking forward to coming. And the rest of my time in India is filled, so I wouldn’t be able to reschedule the lecture either.

If you thought it appropriate for me to give the lecture another time via zoom, I would be happy to do that.
