Shiamak Davar founded VICTORY Arts Foundation in 2004 to address the lack of access to dance for the lesser privileged and those with special needs. VICTORY makes dance available across age, gender, caste, class and ability; without prejudice. It provides a platform to address social c

auses and concerns, and makes dance a viable & respected career option. Through its various programs, VICTORY has made dance acceptable and made people understand its power to educate, entertain, empower, enlighten and enable. VICTORY has touched the lives of over 300+ NGOs/Institutions across 13 India and also in Canada and UK. Bringing a smile on their faces and adding a bounce in their stride, VICTORY takes the mission of Have Feet, Will Dance, one step further. Dance has the power to heal. The philosophy behind VICTORY is to-
• Educate the masses through dance
• Entertain them with dance performances
• Empower them with the ability to learn and earn
• Enlighten them with knowledge for the body, mind and soul
• Enable them to spread the joy of dance

Donations are utilized to provide dance programs (classes and performance events) to the underprivileged, physically and mentally challenged, visually impaired and all such children and adults. VICTORY uses the power of dance and performing arts to light a spark of joy in their hearts, improve their self-esteem. VICTORY also provides medical and educational support to the poor and needy, in addition to this VICTORY supports outstanding talent in performing arts and sports. The Trustees include Mr. Shiamak Davar (Founder), Mrs. Puran Davar, Mr. Glen D’Mello CEO of Shiamak Davar’s International (India) Pvt. and Ms. Mahazarin Canteenwalla General Manager for Shiamak Davar’s International (India) Pvt. Through VICTORY funded programs, Shiamak and his instructors continue to empower these children with confidence and belief in themselves. Shiamak’s VICTORY Arts Foundation has become a part of the children’s lives and has brought them immense joy and confidence through the power of dance.

At Shiamak’s Victory Arts Foundation, every moment of movement tells a story of courage, love, and belonging. 💛

With our esteemed NGO partner Ummeed Child Development Centre, we celebrated Family Day as part of our Dance as Therapy programme — a beautiful year-ending milestone where children came together to showcase their learnings and celebrate the pure joy of movement.

What made the day even more special were the heartfelt performances by the parents — the true pillars of strength, love, and resilience, who walk every step of this journey with their children, never giving up.

At Victory, moments like these leave us overwhelmed with emotion — watching these little angels completely immersed in music, free from labels, fears, or boundaries, simply being their authentic selves.
This is the power of dance. This is inclusion in motion. ✨

This Children’s Day wasn’t about performances or applause.
At Victory Arts Foundation, we chose to celebrate by listening - through dance, through play, through the quiet brilliance of neurodivergent children at Trombay.
Some expressed joy through leaps, some through silence, some through smiles that arrived slowly but stayed longer.
Each expression became part of a celebration that wasn’t taught to them…
it was inspired by them.
If celebration means honouring every child the way they are, then this was exactly where it began.

Victory Arts Foundation, in collaboration with the Office of the State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, Goa, trained 20 special schools affiliated to the Goa Special School Association and trained 81 students for their performances at the International Purple Fest 2025.

Through these vibrant dance presentations, we celebrated diverse cultures and showcased the incredible potential of students with special needs. This initiative reflects Victory’s commitment to its vision and mission—empowering individuals through the transformative and inclusive medium of dance. Truly, it’s not just a performance, it’s a movement.
