Dr. Raju Desai, President, Plastindia Foundation, met with Mr. Brajesh Pathak, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, in Lucknow during the 4th Mega International Conference on “India as a Global Sourcing Hub for the Plastics & Packaging Industry”, held on 13 August 2026.

The inauguration of HIPLEX 2026 witnessed the presence of Dr. Raju Desai, President, Plastindia Foundation, as the Guest of Honour together with Shri D. Sridhar Babu, Hon’ble Minister for IT, Electronics & Communications, Industries & Commerce and Legislative Affairs, Government of Telangana, as the Chief Guest, who formally inaugurated the exhibition at Hitex Exhibition Centre, Hyderabad with other distinguished dignitaries of the industry.
