We are pleased to announce that the new Managing Committee of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Mumbai Charter Chapter will assume office on 1st October 2024, with a term running until 30th September 2026. This dynamic team is dedicated to creating impactful learning and growth opportunities for Chapter members, while serving the corporate world and society at large. Their mission is to harness the power of coaching as a transformative tool for personal and organizational growth, driving meaningful change.
The Committee’s core objective is to foster a culture of continuous development for coaches within the Chapter. Through workshops, webinars, and peer learning initiatives, members will gain access to resources that sharpen their coaching skills and broaden their expertise.
A key focus will be on demonstrating how coaching can add immense value to the corporate world—by developing leadership, enhancing communication, and strengthening team dynamics. Coaching has the potential to unlock innovation and boost productivity within organizations, making it a critical resource for corporate growth.
Additionally, the Committee is dedicated to leveraging coaching as a tool for social good. By engaging in community outreach and pro-bono initiatives, the Chapter will extend coaching services to underserved populations, ensuring that those in need can access the benefits of coaching.
We are also delighted to announce the launch of two new verticals within the Chapter that will greatly benefit the coaching community: Community of Practice and Credentialing & Support.
The new Managing Committee is ready to lead the ICF Mumbai Chapter into a future of excellence, empowering both professionals and the community.
