Hansika Kapoor shares her take on a recent rebuttal that identified methodological issues and a lack of transparency in a widely discussed study linking childhood experiences of parental alienating behaviors to adult mental health outcomes.

As research shapes public conversations, legal decisions, and policy, it's essential that scientific claims are carefully scrutinized and open to correction. Self-correction isn't a weakness of science, it's one of its greatest strengths.
