Aastha Parivaar HIV prevention initiative, supported by the Mumbai State AIDS Control Society (MDACS) under the Targeted Intervention (FSW TI) project, is seeking a dedicated M&E-cum-Accounts Officer to join our team.

Position Summary
Role: M&E-cum-Accounts Officer
Monthly Salary: ₹16,000
Travel Allowance: ₹600 per month
Work Location - Grant Road, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)
Maintain and update all M&E records, registers, and reports.
Collect, verify, compile, and analyze project data from field activities and outreach efforts.
Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and programmatic reporting.
Track project indicators, targets, and achievements to identify and address operational gaps.
Coordinate with the Program Manager, Outreach Workers, and Peer Educators for seamless data flow.
Verify data quality and ensure consistency across registers, reports, and online portals (SOCH / MDACS).
Prepare and submit SOCH / MDACS-related reports and data sets.
Accounts & Financial Administration
Maintain project accounts, vouchers, bills, expenditure statements, and financial ledgers.
Assist in budget tracking, expense monitoring, and account reconciliations.
Ensure secure filing and safe custody of all programmatic and financial documentation.
Uphold strict confidentiality and data accuracy across all records.
Support internal monitoring visits, evaluations, audits, and official inspections.
Perform additional M&E and accounting duties assigned by the Program Manager.
