Yuva Parivartan We believe in giving youth a second chance that they deserve. We provide training in various courses like Electrical Wireman, Motor Mechanic, Asst.

We at Yuva Parivartan endeavour to empower the underprivileged youth with skills that would help them earn livelihood which in return lets them grow not only economically but also socially. Yuva Parivartan (YP), a project of Kherwadi Social Welfare Association (KSWA), reaches out to school dropouts and equips them with skills, all aimed at increasing their chances of employment and earning a susta

inable income, thus bringing them back to the economic mainstream. YP is an 25 years old organization that has a footprint all over India with 47 Centres and 600+ Mobile Camps in 9 states and 300+ villages. Nursing, Tailoring, Beautician, Fashion Designing and many more. In order to expand our outreach, we have various projects running such as Rural Mobile Camps to take vocational skills courses to rural interiors and tribal belts, the Prison Project in partnership with the Police to help the first time offenders regain their rightful place in the society, Integrated Rural development Program to train farmers for improved agricultural practices, water resource management, animal husbandry and women empowerment through SHG formation. YP has also come up with an attitude change module called “Soch ka Parivartan” to address the issue of the students dropping out of the course or refusing to take up jobs or leaving jobs within a short period of time. Currently, we are training more than 1,50,000 students within a year and are constantly striving towards achieving a milestone of providing livelihoods to 1 million youth every year.
