Loyalty programmes have come a long way, from simply recognising customers at the point of sale to becoming powerful ecosystems built on technology and customer engagement.

Access to education still isn’t equal.

Millions of children are ready to learn, but don’t have the resources to begin. According to UNESCO, around 244 million children and youth globally are out of school. At the same time, the World Bank highlights that learning poverty affects a majority of children in low- and middle-income countries, meaning they struggle with basic reading even after years of schooling.

The gap isn’t always about intent, it’s about access.
