Our grassroots approach ensures that our collaborative solutions are responding to the actual needs of the community, increasing their chances of success. The WaterWalla approach begins with education: we dive deep into the realities of slum living and water-related challenges. Next, we collaborate with slum communities to understand local adaptations, and to identify areas of improvement and need. We take these lessons to our Research and Innovations Lab, where concepts and pilots take flight and evolve into sustainable social businesses.
