We have a Comprehensive free cross-disability web portal www.childraise.com, to guide parents. It has updated info from the disability sector & also has lists of special schools, sheltered workshops, rehab resources, support groups, etc. Purple Day (To promote Epilepsy Awareness), WAAD (World Autism Awareness Day), Health Day, World Disability Day, etc. Recently, we have released the 2nd revised edition of a resource guide 'Journey to Empowerment: A roadmap for special needs children.

काही गोष्टी आपल्या नियंत्रणाबाहेर असतात — लोक काय विचार करतात, काय बोलतात किंवा कशी प्रतिक्रिया देतात.

पण आपण कसं उत्तर देतो, स्वतःशी कसं वागतो आणि मनःशांती कशी जपतो, हे आपल्या हातात असतं.

कधी कधी, काही गोष्टी सोडून देणं हेही स्वतःची काळजी घेण्याचाच एक भाग असतो. 💛

स्वतःची काळजी घेणंही तितकंच महत्त्वाचं आहे, याची एक छोटी आठवण.

विश्रांती घेणं म्हणजे आळशीपणा नाही.
मनालाही विश्रांतीची गरज असते.
“नाही” म्हणणं चुकीचं नाही.
आणि कधी कधी, मित्रांसोबतच्या मनमोकळ्या गप्पा मनाला खूप आधार देतात.
