An interactive session on emotional wellbeing and mental wellness was conducted by Ms. Manisha Desai, Founder & CEO of Celestial Grace, at Kripa Foundation.

The session focused on emotional awareness, self-reflection, inner strength, and the importance of expressing feelings in a safe and supportive environment.

Through meaningful conversation and simple reflective exercises, the session encouraged participants to understand their emotions and view healing as a journey of patience, courage, and hope.
