Nutrition Talk at Anganwadi Teachers Training (ICDS)

I, Sneha Anil Agarwal, along with our NGO, M/s. Daddji Foundation, am honored to have delivered a session on 19th November 2025 as part of the “पोषण भी पढ़ाई भी” (Poshan bhi Padhai bhi) Anganwadi Teacher Training program. This program was organized by the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS), Women & Child Development Department, Government of Maharashtra**, and the national POSHAN Abhiyaan—Prime Minister’s initiative focused on holistic child health and education.

My talk focused on practical nutrition strategies for children aged 0 to 6 years, with special emphasis on the crucial "First 1000 Days" of life. I shared actionable tips to support early childhood growth and build immunity. Following this, we engaged in an interactive session with the Anganwadi Teachers, providing insights on women’s nutrition and empowering them to champion healthy practices within their communities.

Deep gratitude to ICDS, Women & Child Welfare, Government of Maharashtra, and POSHAN Abhiyaan for organizing this impactful event dedicated to improving nutrition and education—because “Poshan bhi Padhai bhi” is truly the key to a brighter future.
The talk was organized under supervisor and master trainer Mrs. Seema Gurav and Mrs. Sampada Rane.
A very special thanks to my dear friend Jyoti Devali
