13 November 2025, Bharat Collabs, Adolescent Girls’ Skilling Project team participated in the Closing Session of the GIZ–SENU Initiative in Delhi.
It was an occasion celebrating years of meaningful collaboration and impact.

1. Recognition & Awards: Our adolescent girls were felicitated with certificates recognizing their participation, achievements, and inspiring journeys.
2. Project Impact Booklet Launch: Impact Booklet was unveiled by Ms. Nandita Raval, Co-founder, KEF, along with the GIZ Team, an important milestone in our joint mission to empower adolescent girls through and .
3. Elevator Pitch by Ms. Nandita Raval, Co-founder, KEF: KEF’s unique model that integrates life skills education with , covering critical areas such as and , social-emotional learning, reproductive health, and , highlighting the holistic design of the program.
4. Panel Discussion: Featuring Ms. Nandita Raval (Co-founder, KEF), Mr. Alok Kumar Dubey (SENU Advisor, GIZ), a Karuna Fellow, and Adolescent Girls who shared powerful stories from the field.
5. Program Impact: Reach 46,000 adolescent girls, with 36,000 completing 120-hour curriculum and 2,000 receiving vocational training.
6. Wide Appreciation: The audience and partners deeply appreciated KEF’s innovative approach and sustained commitment to empowering adolescent girls through , education, and skilling programs.
7. Special Recognition: Dr. Anika Reinbott (Project Director – SENU, GIZ) extended her gratitude to the KEF team.
8. KEF Stall : The stall was among the most visited exhibits at the event. Visitors praised the clarity of our data presentation, the strength of our program model, and especially the confidence and grace of our Karuna Fellows and Adolescent Girls.
9. Celebration of Collective Effort: The event beautifully reflected the spirit of sewa bhav, collaboration, compassion, and community-driven change, reinforcing our belief in the power of partnership.
10. Heartwarming Moments: The highlight of the day was the panel discussion, where Karuna Fellows and Adolescent Girls shared their personal stories of growth.
