The Institute of Environmental Architecture & Research (IEAR) cordially invites you to a webinar on Climate Change and Urban Resilience on Friday, 4 August 2023 from 5.30 - 7.00 pm Indian Standard Time (IST).

Why has this subject become so important?
A few months ago came the startling news that Jakarta, one of the world’s densest cities, is sinking! Many coastal cities are under similar threats, facing the impact of climate change through storm surges and cyclones, while other cities in Europe and North America are facing the threats of forest fires and intense precipitation leading to massive flooding and landslides.

It is no longer about mitigating climate change. Now is the time to assess the risks and be prepared for the onslaught of what is forecast.

How are cities preparing themselves for the future? What kind of holistic planning is required? Join the webinar to learn more!

Registration is free but compulsory. Register here: https://forms.gle/QBro7A6YWFMnJkTL8
