Annual General Body meeting of Forward Seamen’s Union of India was successfully convened yesterday on 17/12/2023 at Patrakar Sangh Hall. Shri. Naresh Birwadkar resigned from the Post of General Secretary due to suffering from Cancer and have undergone Bone Marrow Transplant,
Capt. Atul Indurkar has been unanimously elected as New General Secretary and Shri. N C Das was elected as the President of FSUI. Following is the newly elected Secretariat and Executive committee of FSUI.

INSA और NUSI द्वारा NMB ॲग्रीमेंट से नाविकों के नौकरी का भारी नुकसान कीया गया है। मैनिंग को नियमित रखना ये की ज़िम्मेदारी है। यह का उल्लंघन! नाविक बिना किसी लाभ के अतिरिक्त काम करने के लिए मजबूर। हम मदद के लिए से अनुरोध है।

Huge job loss for Indian seafarers through NMB agreement entered between Indian National Shipowners Association (INSA) & NUSI, its duty of to regulate manning level on ships. This is violation of MLC 2006 as seafarers are forced to do extra work without any benefits. We request & to help seafarers get justice!

Gross Violation of ILOs Maritime Labor Convention 2006 in Indian National Maritime Board (India) wage agreement by Indian National Shipowners Association (INSA) & NUSI, India seafarers are not getting proper food on board ship, request PMO, Shipping Ministry D G Shipping to give justice to thousands of suffering Indian seafarers.
All the seafarers should unite together to achieve your rights.
