ध्यान, योग एवं संगीत के माध्यम से तनावमुक्त समाज की ओर एक सार्थक पहल
5 जुलाई 2026 को USES Foundation द्वारा आयोजित "मंत्र मुग्ध" कार्यक्रम सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न हुआ।
इस विशेष आयोजन में ध्यान, योग और मधुर संगीत के माध्यम से उपस्थित सभी प्रतिभागियों को मानसिक शांति, सकारात्मक सोच एवं आत्मिक ऊर्जा का अनुभव कराया गया। कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य केवल एक सांस्कृतिक आयोजन करना नहीं था, बल्कि लोगों को तनावमुक्त, स्वस्थ और सकारात्मक जीवनशैली अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित करना था।
