Providing Healthcare Access: Chikitsa Shibir at Dasak UPHC
On February 4, 2025, the Department of Shalyatantra successfully organized a Chikitsa Shibir (Medical Camp) at Dasak UPHC, under the Nasik Municipal Corporation's UPHC initiative.
✅ Total Patients Examined: 68
- Medicine Cases: 39
- Surgical Cases: 28
🩺 Comprehensive Screening:
- Patients were evaluated for various systems, including RS, CVS, CNS, and GIT.
🩻 Conditions Diagnosed:
- Surgical Cases: Fissure, Fistula, Hemorrhoids
- Respiratory & Infections: URTI, LRTI, Cold, Viral Fever, Asthma
- Gastrointestinal Issues: Acute Gastritis, GERD, Hyperacidity, Constipation
- Chronic Conditions: Hypothyroidism, Hypertension, Diabetes (DM2), Osteoarthritis, Alcoholism, Migraine
- Dermatological Concerns: Psoriasis, Eczema, Skin Diseases, Hair Fall
🏥 Referral & Treatment:
- 20 patients were referred for IPD admission in respective departments.
- Medication was prescribed for 5 days to ensure continued care.
