In this training you learn:
🌸Relaxing and relieving Massage techniques targeting different layers of Muscles & Tendons using Deep Tissue work with hands, fist, fingers and knuckles.
🌸Release and Rebalancing of Myofascial Bands using long linear movements with Forearm and Elbow.
🌸Basics of Ayurveda and dosha.
🌸Use of Ayurvedic Oils for certain ailments.
🌸Use of Ayurvedic powders for detox and weight management.
🌸Functional Anatomy in relation to the massage.
🌸 Understanding various kinds of tensions, holdings and structural dynamics that influence our life and system
🌸You are given specialized full body massage sequences that gives you the expertise to provide either simple sessions to relax, release, relief, rebalance and reharmonize or do advance work to deal with certain physiological issues also.
🌸You get a Massage Course Manual that contains theory, anatomy, pictures of the techniques & moves with their description and videos of sequences taught each day.
🌸 You are not taught non essential multistyled techniques just to fill the time frame of the course and leave you confused how to actually offer one full session to a receiver but will be taught in a way that you become expert in this one form of body work and stand apart in the world of massage professionals.
