sec 12 A & 80 G of Income Tax Act, 1961. It started in November 2015 through a blog and was transformed into a social organization on 16th Oct 2016 & got legally registered on 18th July 2017. Geographically, based in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, now has expanded to Rampur, Lucknow, Kashipur, Dehradun, New Delhi/NCR.

When you miss the school days, sometimes learning can bring them back. 🇮🇳

Many of our Adult Literacy Program learners never got the chance to go to school when they were young. So, the excitement of Independence Day at school the stories of our freedom struggle, learning about our country’s history, and yes, even waiting for that ladoo was something they never experienced.

Today, through the Adult Literacy Program under the Shiksha Initiative of Shiv Nadar Foundation, Parivartan “The Change” NGO, as the implementation partner, is making every effort to give them more than just literacy.

We want them to experience the joy of being a student too through national days, international days, festivals, and all those little moments that make learning memorable.

Because education is not only about learning to read and write. It is also about experiencing what you once missed.

80th Independence Day at Pa8shaala 🇮🇳

This Independence Day, the children at our Pa8shaala Education Centre and Pa8shaala Community Education Centres came together to celebrate the spirit of freedom with joy, warmth, and togetherness, in collaboration with Rotary Club Moradabad Central.

For many of our children, it was their first time performing on stage—dancing, singing, and delivering speeches. Seeing them step forward, overcome their hesitation, and express themselves with confidence was a truly heartwarming moment.

As caregivers and educators, we believe that every child needs not only education, but also encouragement, care, and a safe space to discover their voice.

Food packets were also distributed to all the children as a small gesture of care and togetherness.

We hope to continue nurturing these young minds with love 🇮🇳

Free Eye Check-up Camp | Adult Literacy Program 👓

Parivartan “The Change” NGO, in collaboration with Ram Rahim Hospital, organized a Free Eye Check-up Camp for learners and community members in Kokarpur Village, Moradabad, for the learners of Adult Literacy Program - under Shiksha Initiative by Shiv Nadar Foundation

The camp provided free eye check-ups, eye drops, and guidance for further treatment. 66 beneficiaries received support, with 15 cataract cases identified for further care.

Through such initiatives, we continue to work towards making essential healthcare more accessible to communities that need it.

🏥 👁️ Health & Eye Check-up Camp | 📍Guretha Village, Moradabad

Parivartan "The Change" NGO, in collaboration with Ujala Cygnus Hospital, conducted a health camp for Adult Literacy Program learners under the Shiksha Initiative, benefiting 128 learners and villagers.

The camp included BP, blood sugar, eye check-ups and general health consultations, promoting early detection and health awareness. All the learners are also provided with Free consultation & check up card for 1 year.

Teaching children today means protecting tomorrow. ♻️🌍

As part of Project Prithvi Ki Umar Badhao (PUB), Parivartan "The Change" NGO conducted a Waste Management Awareness Session at Primary Government School, Village Bhola Singh Ki Milak, Moradabad.

Students learned about the 5Rs of waste management, proper waste segregation, reusable alternatives, and even created eco-bricks, turning waste into a valuable resource through hands-on learning.

✨ Skill Training Centre (STC) – 09 | Khandana Village

We are happy to share the inauguration of the Skill Training Centre (STC) – 09 at Khandana Village under Project Panthini by Parivartan "The Change" NGO.

A 60-day stitching training programme is being conducted at the centre, where women are taught to stitch garments from start to finish. The training covers measurements, fabric cutting, machine handling, pattern making, and stitching complete clothes, helping them develop practical skills that can support self-employment and income generation.
