To provide the platform for holding seminars, workshops, exhibitions, meaningful lectures, to undertake the publications of work concerned directly for the advancement of Indian aesthetics in music dance and drama. To encourage and facilitate co-operation and information exchange among private sector organizations, community groups and individuals involved in children`s theatre, films and television activities in the highlands. To obtain the financial assistance from Indian government and other institutions for the implementation of the objectives of Chandigarh Institute Of Film & Television.
