𝗕𝗮𝗱𝗵𝘁𝗮 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 has launched a Training Program for the Domestic IT Help Desk in Rourkela, Odisha, in collaboration with 𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

This initiative aims to empower local youth with essential IT support, communication, and customer service skills required for 𝗗𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗜𝗧 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗸 roles. Through structured training and practical learning, participants will gain industry-relevant knowledge that can help them access better employment opportunities.

🌍 Empowering Young Women with Digital Skills – A Collaborative Initiative by UNICEF & Badhta India Trust

We are excited to announce a meaningful collaboration between UNICEF and Badhta India Trust aimed at empowering young women with essential digital skills and productivity tools that are increasingly important in today’s technology-driven world.

Through this initiative, eligible participants will have the opportunity to attend a FREE digital workshop-cum-certification session conducted by UNICEF, designed to build foundational digital competencies and improve employability prospects.

Digital skill development has become a key pathway for young people to transition from education to productive work and active citizenship, particularly for young women from underserved communities. UNICEF initiatives such as digital skilling programs focus on enhancing employability through practical digital literacy, productivity, and life skills training.

📌 Eligibility Criteria

To participate in this exclusive opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:

✔ Female candidates only
✔ Age group: 18 – 29 years
✔ Indian domicile
✔ Willing to participate in a 2–3 hour digital workshop and certification session by UNICEF
✔ Basic access to a smartphone or digital device is preferred
