Badhta India Trust is hiring a 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 & 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 to contribute to meaningful change through r𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙝, 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙖 𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙮𝙨𝙞𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙎𝙍 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙖𝙡 𝙙𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:
• Research social issues and relevant sectors
• Prepare annual plans, work plans & activity schedules
• Develop CSR proposals, concept notes & reports
• Collect, analyze & organize data
• Support documentation, presentations & team projects

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗚𝗮𝗶𝗻:
• Hands-on experience in research & planning
• Exposure to CSR proposal writing
• Mentorship and teamwork with an experienced team
• Professional growth and real-world exposure
• Certificate, Experience Letter & Recommendation Letter

📌 Duration: 1–2 Months (Flexible)
💰 Stipend: ₹1,000/- per month
