Dr. Ambedkar Society is a Non-Governmental Organization Registered Under Societies Registration Act XXVI. of Science and Technology, Govt. of India.

Our mission is to empower underprivileged youth and women through relevant education, innovative healthcare and proper guidance. Starting with some college graduate with a passion of helping the needy and underprivileged people, we are currently working in various states across the country. In west Bengal are working in numerous district like Kolkata, Hooghly, Howrah, Paschim Medinipur, Purba Medi

nipur, Bankura, Birbhum, Purulia, North 24 Pargana and South 24 Pargana. We also complete various project with collaboration with Dept. Cultivation of Medicinal Plants project was started with the help of DBT. Ministry of Science and Technology, Govt. Of India in 1999 and completed in 2004. Progress is possible, but only if we invest in young people’s potential.
