To setup ASEL group, Kanagaraj Ramasamy (KR) was working for friends and people since his age of 15, and he would able to kick start ASEL after 10 years of his ground work for Friends and families and Society. ASEL started 2006 first time when he was working with TCS- Chennai. A very simple and a common, one among us man - KR (Kanagaraj Ramasamy), had a burning desire to form a group of likeminded people to achieve something in life. A couple of years passed by… With no influence nor support and not knowing where to start from, he gained
some confidence of kickstarting his idea in 2006. Founder of ASEL:
Kanagaraj Ramasamy (KR) A genuine, self-sacrificing and accommodating Selfless Friend planted ASEL - A Software Engineer Life who started his journey of ASEL - A Software Engineer Life in October 2006 in Orkut with 10 Software Engineers (his close friends), and moved to Facebook in Feb 2012 and moved to what’s App in May 2015 and moved to Telegram in Jan 2019. This group meant for people who feel “Friends and Friendship are very important in Life” – this group has friends from all the states in India with whom KR moved along in his life past 17 years in IT industry. Friends in this group are outspread their wings to add more friends with similar mindset in care for others. KR did not under estimate the power of his dreams. He aimed for the stars and he didn’t limit himself. He went as far as his mind let him to and he shot higher than he know what he can do. He never bothered about anyone and anything, he just tried to be better than his every
previous day. He did his best and here we are - now close to 500 people in ASEL. He believed and he achieved. Designed for accomplishment, engineered for success, and endowed with seeds of greatness, KR is programming our minds (while many of us program a software) in his write ups with the kind of information that will lift us up and be a change we wish to see in this world. Why ASEL? Our KR had hard time and struggled to pass through in his life. Impact from Others Life: -
KR has seen some of his friend’s families collapsed when they lost the head of the family or met any critical medical emergency. Those moments, he always feels, Oh GOD, I am not able to do anything, so from that day, he had a vision to do something for his friends and their families and mainly wants to setup some system which can take care of any critical emergencies for our friends and their families.
