Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Bengali Bina Library Durga Bari Society, Meerut will be held on 31st May 2026 (Sunday) at 7:00 P.M. at the Bengali Durgabari Society, Meerut premises to discuss the following agenda:

Agenda:

1. Confirmation of the proceedings of the last Annual General Meeting held on 24/05/2025.

2. Acceptance of the Secretary’s Report and Annual Audited Accounts for the year 2025–2026.

3. Acceptance of the expenditure incurred during the Competitive Programme held on 12th April 2026.

4. Any other matter with the kind permission of the Chair.

5. Election of the Office Bearers and Auditor.

Note: Members are requested to clear their dues before the election process.
