🌿 Tree Plantation Drive | Rotary Club Meerut Shivam 🌿

Rotary Club Meerut Shivam successfully conducted the first phase of its Tree Plantation Drive at DIG PAC, Meerut Sector, where around 30–35 saplings of Ashoka, Gulmohar, and Ficus were planted.

The lush greenery and peaceful surroundings made this service activity even more meaningful. A special thanks to Mali Shri Ram Abhilash Ji for his commitment to nurturing and maintaining these plants with care.

This small initiative to enhance greenery in the परिसर of our police personnel—who work tirelessly day and night for our safety—was a matter of pride and satisfaction for all of us.

🧘‍♀️ Joint Yoga Session 🌿
Rotary Club Meerut Shivam 🤝 Rotary Club Meerut Cosmos

Both clubs successfully organized a joint Yoga Session filled with energy, enthusiasm, and positivity ✨

Our respected Yoga Guru, Shri Surya Bhan Ji, conducted a wonderful 60-minute session, guiding everyone through stretching exercises and various yoga asanas while explaining their health benefits 🧘‍♂️

The session left everyone feeling refreshed, relaxed, and energized 💫
He also shared inspiring thoughts on the true essence of yoga and healthy living 🌱

The event concluded with Amrit Chai ☕ — a special herbal tea made with 50 medicinal herbs 🌿

A proud and memorable evening as Rotary Club Meerut Shivam successfully conducted its Installation Ceremony along with the Governor’s Official Visit in the gracious presence of District Governor Rtn. Payal Gaur and esteemed dignitaries.

The highlight of the evening was the installation of Rtn. Varsha Jain as President for RY 2026–27, marking the beginning of a new journey filled with vision, service, and commitment. The new Board of Directors took oath, and the club bulletin “Shivam Synergy” was officially unveiled.

The event beautifully blended leadership, inspiration, and culture, with a graceful Kathak performance adding charm to the celebration.

With guidance from District leadership and the enthusiasm of the new team, we look forward to another impactful Rotary year ahead! 💫

🌂 Service Above Self in Action 🌂

Rotary Club Meerut Shivam successfully carried out an umbrella distribution drive, spreading care and support within the community.

Under this thoughtful initiative, around 60 umbrellas were distributed to traffic police personnel, daily wage workers, and household helpers—ensuring they remain protected from the scorching heat as well as unexpected rains while performing their daily duties.

This small yet meaningful effort aimed at bringing comfort and ease to those who work tirelessly, often facing harsh weather conditions without adequate protection. It is these simple acts of kindness that make a lasting difference in people’s lives and strengthen the bond of humanity in society.

The project was made possible with the generous sponsorship by Rotarian Amit Agarwal, whose support and dedication added great value to this noble cause.

Our “Beat The Heat – Pool Party” held on 20th June at Doab Villas was a perfect blend of energy, laughter, and togetherness. 🌴🍹

From refreshing pool vibes to exciting fun games and activities 🎯 to foot-tapping music and cheerful moments, the night was full of joy and unforgettable memories. Members and Annes actively participated, making the games even more lively and entertaining! 🥳✨

The event beautifully reflected the true spirit of Rotary fellowship—bonding, enjoyment, and creating lasting memories together. 🤝💫

We are delighted to share that the Dental Check-Up Camp organized by Rotary Club Meerut Shivam was successfully conducted with great enthusiasm and impact 😊🦷

Under this meaningful community service initiative, free dental check-ups were provided to school students, ensuring their oral health is given the attention it deserves 💙👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️
Our dedicated team of experienced doctors not only examined the children but also educated them about the importance of maintaining proper oral hygiene, healthy habits, and regular dental care ✨

Seeing the bright smiles and awareness among the students truly made this initiative rewarding and fulfilling 🌟
