SOGAM, in collaboration with KGM, proudly carried out a meaningful tree plantation drive to create a cleaner, greener environment — both inside and around the school campus.
Over 100 trees and saplings, including mango and litchi, were planted in two phases:

🌿 Phase 1: Inside the campus, where our youngest eco-warriors from the KG and Primary wing helped plant fruit trees.
🌿 Phase 2: A clean-up and plantation drive near the school’s back gate — the daily pick-up and drop-off spot for many — to turn the space into a green, welcoming stretch.

We are deeply grateful to the school management, especially Sr. Meena, for her constant support and encouragement and to our dedicated teachers, students and the wonderful team of KGM for making this a success.

The second phase of Sogam Annual Plantation Drive was held on 7th August. The main focus was the clean up, beautification & sprucing up of the space outside the Primary Gate. Tree guards were erected too. The event was graced by Sister Meena, Principal Sophia Girls’ School, the members of SOGAM executive, senior students and members of Kitchen Garden Club, Meerut.

The first phase of Annual SOGAM Tree Plantation Drive was held on 26th July in association with the Kitchen Garden Club, Meerut. Along with the members, students of Kindergarten & Grade 1 several saplings of Mango & Litchi were planted in the outdoor play area of our school campus!! Sogam Meet 2025 – A Heartfelt Thank You!

What a beautiful evening it was! Despite the unpredictable weather, the Sogam Meet turned out to be a heartwarming and joyous celebration—full of laughter, memories and reconnecting with old friends.

A big thank you to each and every person who made this event a success:

To the school management, teachers and ex-teachers, your support and presence meant the world to us.
To our incredible student volunteers, collaborators, and generous sponsors, thank you for helping us bring this vision to life.
To the vibrant gathering of current and ex-Sophians, you brought energy, smiles and stories that lit up the evening.
A special shoutout to the stall owners who added flavor and fun, and to the ever-supportive school helping staff—your behind-the-scenes efforts did not go unnoticed and were deeply appreciated.
