Menstrual Health Awareness & Sanitary Pad Distribution
An Initiative by Foster for Humanity

महिलाओं का स्वास्थ्य, स्वच्छता और गरिमा किसी भी समाज की प्रगति का महत्वपूर्ण आधार है। फिर भी आज भी हमारे समाज में कई लड़कियाँ और महिलाएँ मासिक धर्म (Menstrual Health) से जुड़ी सही जानकारी और स्वच्छ साधनों से वंचित हैं।

इसी चुनौती को ध्यान में रखते हुए Foster for Humanity ने Women’s Dignity Project की शुरुआत की है। इस पहल का उद्देश्य महिलाओं और किशोरियों को जागरूक बनाना, सामाजिक झिझक को कम करना और उन्हें सुरक्षित एवं स्वच्छ विकल्पों के बारे में जानकारी देना है।

✨ इस प्रोजेक्ट के प्रमुख उद्देश्य:

• महिलाओं और किशोरियों में Menstrual Health Awareness बढ़ाना
• मासिक धर्म से जुड़े मिथकों और सामाजिक संकोच को दूर करना
• ग्रामीण और वंचित समुदायों में स्वच्छता के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाना
• स्कूलों, कॉलेजों और समुदायों में जागरूकता सत्र और कार्यशालाएँ आयोजित करना
• किशोरियों को स्वास्थ्य, स्वच्छता और शिक्षा के प्रति जागरूक बनाना
• समाज में सम्मान, समझ और गरिमा का वातावरण बनाना

🎯 इस पहल के माध्यम से आने वाले वर्षों में 5,00,000 से अधिक महिलाओं और किशोरियों तक पहुँचने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है।

हमारा विश्वास है कि जागरूकता, शिक्षा और सामुदायिक सहयोग के माध्यम से एक ऐसा समाज बनाया जा सकता है जहाँ हर महिला और हर लड़की आत्मविश्वास और गरिमा के साथ जीवन जी सके।

Menstrual Health Awareness & Sanitary Pad Distribution
An Initiative by Foster for Humanity

Women’s health, hygiene, and dignity are essential for a progressive and healthy society. Yet, many girls and women in our communities still lack proper awareness and access to safe menstrual hygiene products.

To address this challenge, Foster for Humanity has launched the Women’s Dignity Project. This initiative aims to spread awareness about menstrual health, reduce social stigma, and promote safe hygiene practices among women and adolescent girls.

✨ Key Objectives of the Project:

• Increase menstrual health awareness among women and adolescent girls
• Break myths and social taboos related to menstruation
• Promote hygiene and health education in rural and underserved communities
• Organize awareness sessions and workshops in schools, colleges, and communities
• Encourage girls to prioritize health, hygiene, and education
• Build a society where women can live with confidence, respect, and dignity

🎯 Through this initiative, we aim to reach over 500,000 women and girls in the coming years.

We believe that awareness, education, and community support can create a future where no girl feels ashamed of a natural biological process and every woman can live with dignity.
