An incident took place in broad daylight, allegedly with the support of local leaders.

The public should watch this video carefully and understand how Goans are being removed with the help of hired manpower.

But the most important question is: Was this the lawful procedure?

Were proper notices issued? Was due process followed? Were the affected people given an opportunity to be heard?

These questions deserve clear answers from the concerned authorities.

Brief:
RTI activist Atmaram D. Gadekar has approached the Goa Crime Branch alleging that unknown persons repeatedly used his name, address and forged signature to submit complaints and RTI applications without his knowledge.

He has sought an FIR, forensic examination of the signatures, investigation of the UPI payment trail used for Speed Post bookings, and preservation of CCTV footage from Mapusa Head Post Office. He has also raised the possibility of involvement of a police personnel, but has not named anyone and has sought an impartial investigation.
