The IY society are aimed at students of all academic levels and will engage members in public service and enhance their learning experience through hands-on projects. Our strategy for implementation involves the following principles:

an to work alongside existing programs that promote teamwork, discipline, creativity, and character building, such as sports, music, art, etc. Our program supports all of the disciplines and skills developed within these activities and furthers them by teaching critical thinking, leadership, cooperation and the understanding that interconnectedness is a fundamental part of reality. Awareness prepares individuals to operate well in a diverse society when rules of the game are neither stable nor universal, leading to better social skills, improvement in education and business experiences, life challenges and recognition of future opportunities.
